All Square subscriptions for storage must have a 7% sales tax applied. However, there is no way to set the sales tax on subscriptions by default so this is often overlooked when creating a new storage subscription.

Periodically, automation will examine the sales tax and send a report to Discord, with links to adjust the sales tax:

Clicking the link will take you to the subscription that's missing sales tax. The password is available in Bitwarden if you are staff, or you can browse to the subscription on the logged-in tablet by the front desk if you're a Tech.

Click the “Edit” link next to “Subscription Details”. This will open up a new dialog window:

Set the sales tax to 7%, then click Save to close the dialog. Verify that the sales tax was applied by checking the subscription details pane for “Sales Tax (7%)”:
