Sometimes the systems we have don't support automation for certain edge cases.

Must be done via email, since Square provides the gift cards and Neon is the system for event registration. Ask for the registrant name, email address, and phone number, along with the gift card code.

Use Neon CRM to create the registration (navigate to the event in the CRM, click Register, enter the name of the attendee, then their contact info, then set the total price to 0 and hit Save.

Open Square, click Take a Payment, select Walk In (3hr class), then Manually enter gift card and charge it.
