-As part of orientation, have each Shop Tech define a specific project or projects they want to complete in the next month, or quarter, or half-year. While all of us are together in a cohort or large subgroup, determine which clearances will be necessary, what materials will be required, what transport or storage will be needed at a high level. Encourage us to offer to assist each other and form per-project teams with a regular weekly meeting time here at Protohaven. Use this information to inform scheduling shop techs and organizing clearance classes.
